Problem Solving Session
A half day of focused strategy time to help you or your small team understand and address your biggest challenge
It can be easy to feel overwhelmed when facing a big and difficult challenge. You might have a difficult change program that you’re worried about, be having problems with your team and getting them to trust you or work effectively together, or be at a crossroads in your career and trying to figure out what to do next.
Sometimes it just takes a little bit of expert advice to help you unlock what’s really going on, figure out what you need to do next and be able to take it forward on your own. But finding this help can be hard. You don’t need ongoing coaching, and a full day workshop is too much (and too expensive).
Luella Forbes is an expert in high performance and change, and her Problem Solving Session is designed to help you better understand the big workplace problems you have and how you can address them, to help you move forward confidently.
“I’m often called by clients who want to pick my brains on a particular problem but don’t need ongoing support.”Dr Luella Forbes

This is the option for you if you don’t need a full team workshop (with all the planning and preparation support that needs) but it would be useful working through a complex problem with a few trusted members of your team, to agree understanding and an approach together.
Your team problem-solving session will be a maximum of four participants (face to face in Perth or online). Unlike a workshop this will be a discussion, loosely facilitated to understand the problems and identify a solution. It will pull your problem into focus, removing any extra noise and help you know what’s important to work on going forward.
Inclusions:
- 4-hour workshop with up to 4 people (face to face in Perth or online)
- Luella will prepare a loose workshop structure to facilitate the session
- Luella to pre-read any material before the session
