A/Professor Michelle Gander
Michelle is an Associate Professor of Business at Murdoch Business School. She specialises in research on organisational careers, career management and gender equity, including how individuals establish and manage their careers within organisational structures and power relationships. She has held leadership roles since 2008 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
